Hendon & District Archaeological Society’s Newsletter Archive Project

Hadas‘ first newsletter was sent to members in October 1969. We have now passed the 500th issue milestone and still going strong.

The Hadas Newsletter Archive project aims to digitally scan every issue of the Newsletter from issue Number 1 through to the present day, as a permanent archive and resource. We are in the process of transcribing the scannedpages which will be indexed within this site. This will take time tocomplete and volunteers are sought to help in this task.

Our website team is working on new features for members of Hadas including scanned images of the original documents. Each will be attached to the issue page as they become available.

Index Volumes

Newsletters have been collected into volumes covering five years with 60 issues per volume (except the first volume).
On each volume index page, a green checkmark indicates issues where the original images have been attached to the page.
